What it cannot do
We cannot give shipment-specific advice: tariff classification, customs valuation, admissibility, or whether a particular entry was filed correctly. Those turn on documents we cannot see, and they need a licensed customs broker. Ask for a quote instead and we will connect you with one.
We also cannot look up, amend or explain an entry the CBSA has already processed, release detained goods, or intervene in a penalty. Those sit with you, your broker and the CBSA.
